Town of Cumberland, Maine: appraisal of school and municipal buildings, was prepared by Malcolm Casey of the Berkshire Mutual Insurance Co. and the Mutual Fire Inspection Bureau of New England and Saul G. Chason of Plummer’s Insurance Agency for the Town of Cumberland. The report is dated June 20, 1961, and lists 13 properties: Greely Institute, Gyger Gymnasium, the junior high school, Sweetser School, the Drowne Road Elementary School, Chebeague School, Town Office, Central Fire Station, West Cumberland Fire Station, Chebeague Island Fire Station, the town garage, the Chebeague garage and the new high school. Each property is given one page in the report, listing location, type of construction, heat source, condition and estimated sound value. Photographs of the properties are included.
