Description

From the Prince's Pantry is a cookbook produced by the Friends of Prince Memorial Library, a volunteer organization founded in October 1975 by Velma Merrill. The organization's mission is to support the efforts of Prince Memorial Library, a public library in Cumberland, Maine, that was founded in 1921. Prince Memorial Library is a department of the Town of Cumberland, and serves the communities of Cumberland and North Yarmouth. The group’s board members in 1991 included Eloise Ekberg, President; Pam Moriarty, Vice President; Jean Williams, Secretary; Marion Riley, Treasurer; Rebecca Hilton, Historian; Mildred Moegling; Phebe Tonseth; Betty Surgi; Mina Triehy; Suzanne Hamilton; and Mary Ellen Landry.
