Photo 2: View towards the northwest of very rusty weathering sulfidic mica schist of the Torrey Hill Formation (Oth). The rusty weathering is due to the oxidation of fine-grained iron sulfide minerals contained within the metamorphic rock. Small roadcut on the northwest side of southbound I-295, near mile marker 29, Brunswick.
