1900c MEC #3

Description

This MEC #3 was a 0-4-4 & was built at the Portland Works in May of 1871. It has a rather interesting history and if I've decoded all the notes in the R&LHS RR History #152 properly..... It was delivered to the Sebasticook & Moosehead RR in 1892 and ran as S&M#2. In 1896 MEC acquired the locomotive and numbered it #105. In 1900 MEC renumbered much of it's locomotive inventory and #105 became MEC #3. /DL
