Description
This is an annual report on the Maine Land Use Planning Commission funding and was presented to the Joint Standing Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and the Joint Standing Committee on Taxation. This is the sixth annual report prepared by the Land Use Planning Commission (formerly the Land Use Regulation Commission) pursuant to 12 M.R.S. § 685-G. The report is required to identify all General Fund and other appropriations to Commission.
