Doing switching duties at Rigby Yard in August 1940. Looks like a railfan is in the engineers seat. Reprint from the collection of H.H.Pollitt. #164 was a 0-6-0 class K from Alco in Schenectady carrying builders number 49202 built in November 1910. Scrapped by MEC in December of 1946. /DL
