William H. Wilson & Co. Bill for Supplies Furnished, February 14, 1870 details expenses owed by the Cumberland Overseers of the Poor to William H. Wilson & Co. for supplies furnished to John Pettingill, a Cumberland pauper. Pettingill died in November 1869 after several months in the care of Josiah Black Jr.
