Description
Shipping receipt from September 3, 1860 for the schooner Astoria,with five stone steps for Benton and Brodhed. Printed form with logo of Moses Hale, Stationer of Ellsworth, and details handwritten in black ink on front side, and handwritten note on back side stating, "Bill of Lading, 5 Step Stones, Sch. Astoria, Bluehill, September 27, 1860.
