Cumberland resident Hope Dillaway created this watercolor map, which serves as an index where each Cumberland building is numbered and refers to a homeowner, business, or building type in both the 1857 and 1871 Cumberland County atlases. Included are a number of small, watercolor sketches of many of the buildings.
