Description
Devil's Den is a series of three granite gorges in the Black Brook Valley - only the middle gorge is currently occupied by the stream, except for large floods. The gorges likely began as fractures in the rock that were enlarged and carved by powerful glacial meltwater flow, similar to Screw Auger Falls.
