Description
Materials pertaining to the meeting of the Maine Acadian Culture Preservation Advisory Commission held in Lille on December 20, 1996 and chaired by Judy Paradis.
Agenda items included a guest presentation by Barry Ancelet (University of Southwestern Louisiana) and the distribution of the revised Heritage Council bylaws. Don Cyr reported on the new newsletter, the traveling exhibit, and speakers for the sesquicentennial of Longfellow's Evangeline. Bruce Jacobson discussed the brochure.
The attached file consists of a memorandum with the agenda and a summary report of the meeting.
