Description

This is not a very good print on an old post card but the location was apparently seldom photographed. This looks to be a Section House at Smith's Mill located at Mile Post P18.54 between Harmons and Sebago Lake on the Mountain Subdivision. Looking at a modern map there is a Smith Hill Road off Rt114 which crosses the MEC right of way on a curve in about the right location. If this is correct then this track scene is looking east towards Portland. /DL
