Description

This scene apparently originated with MEC as the notation on the back of the print says... "MEC MAG 2 Cols Crop", just about everything ends up on eBay eventually. This is an early version of a motorized tamper, in this case working in 'Bank Run Gravel' the favorite ballast of the MEC years ago. The 1970 date is an estimate. The more modern versions of this machine don't require as much man power and like crushed stone for a more stable result.. /DL
