Description

Shot in July of 1965 the photographer is standing in the gauge on the main line apparently at the Depot Street Crossing. The rail on the team track looks rusty so I expect the conveyor beside the station/freight house doesn't get much business... Perhaps it is used for unloading a car load of coal from time to time.. ? It looks like an old crossing signal. Could it include a wig/wag too ..?! I thought these were all gone by the 1950s...! /DL
