Written across the bottom of this rather fuzzy print: "RB1 at Lewiston June 1976, Dave Albert" Well I think Dave at least had his season miss placed as this is certainly not June.... The year is about right though as these locomotives look to be Independence Class GE U-18B 1800Hp road locomotives bought in 1975. /DL
