Description

Apparently Mr. W. W. Overlock was a firewood dealer in Bangor and Mr M. F. Nickerson was the Freight Cashier at Bangor The 8 1/2 cords of green hardwood slabs were carried on DL&W car #22547 from West "Seboois" and the other load was carried on a B&A (?) car number 8260 for what appears to be 10 cords weighing 30,000 lbs. I'm making an assumption here that the MEC station agent improperly spelled Seboeis as Seboois. If this is the case then these two car loads originated on the Bangor & Aroostook and were interchanged with the MEC for delivery in Bangor. MEC handled the paper work as it was the delivering road. /DL
