Henry Leroy Foss received a postcard from the Treasury Department, Bureau of War Risk Insurance dated, July 8, 1918. Front of postcard has a handwritten note: " 202nd [or 303rd] Inf. 76th Div." The back indicates that Henry Leroy Foss's Original Form 1B has been received. This postcard was sent to Camp Devens, Massachusetts and the Commanding Officer of 21st Co., 6th Trng, Bn. 151st Depot Bridage.
