Description
Hiram Bill for Supplies Furnished to S. Burbanks, August 3, 1853 details expenses owed by the Cumberland Overseers of the Poor to the Hiram Overseers of the Poor for supplies furnished to S. Burbanks. The bill also notes that Burbanks’ health is uncertain and may jeopardize his ability to care for himself and his family, but also notes Burbanks “has something growing & can get work enough to do any time.”
