Description
Report of the committee in charge of the Camden poor farm. Mr. A.W. Henderson was the overseer of the Poor Farm and concern over the management of the farm is expressed in the report.
"We find, during those years, a great assumption of authority by Mr. Henderson in relation to his duties and control of the farm, and a yielding to that on the part of the selectmen more than, as officers, they had a right to yield."
