Description
Transfer of 96 acres of land around Neguntecook Pond, now Megunticook Lake, from Joseph Huse to General Henry Knox for the sum of $60.24, witnessed and signed by Mary Comstock and George Ulmer. Land was originally surveyed by John Harkness for William McFarland and at the time was part of Lincoln County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
