Referendum Question No. 1 "Shall a bond issue be ratified for the purpose set forth in 'An Act to Authorize the Issuance of Bond in the Amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars on Behalf of the State of Maine to Construct an office Building for the State Highway Commission,' passed by the 102nd Legislature in special session?"; Referendum Question No. 2 "Shall a bond issue be ratified for the purposes set forth in 'An Act to Authorize General Fund Bond Issue in Amount of Two Million Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars for Construction, Extension and Improvement for Airport,' passed by the 102nd Legislature in Special Session?"
