Referendum Question: "Shall a bond issue be ratified in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 as set forth in 'An Act to Authorize the Construction of a Bridge Across Jonesport Reach' passed by the 97th Legislature?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 1: " Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the Legislature Extending Pardon Powers of Governor and Council of Offenses of Juvenile Delinquency?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 2: " Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the Legislature to change the qualification of the citizenship of the Governor?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 3: " Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the Legislature to exempt rental agreements with Maine School Building Authority from the limitation of municipal indebtedness?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 4: " Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the Legislature to clarify voting by persons in military service?"
