Description
This is the fourth and final report in a series of documents outlining the economic impact of a East-West Highway in Maine. It contains the results of case studies of economic development trends along the I-91 and I-89 corridors in New Hampshire and Vermont in an effort to evaluate the impact of the four-lane highways on the rural areas through which they passed.
