Survey of Brimstone Island, Great Green Island, Little Green Island, Matinic Island, Hog Island, Green Island, Allens Island, Burnt Island, Seaveys Island, McCobb's Island, Matinicus Island, Monhegan Island, and the Fox Islands in Penobscot Bay. Describes size and quality of land as well as ownership.

Also notes Job's, Lasell, Lime, and Mark Islands are outside the Waldo Patent and were not included in surveyor's instructions.
