Description
A series of documents related ot the Maine Library Commission, the work of Maine State Library staff and the traveling libraries in Maine. Included is a report by the first "Library organizer," including plans for colelcting inforamtion about the status of Maine libraries and librarians.
Each traveling library was a collection of books sent to towns which were not served by a public library.
