Abstract
Entries include a typed letter with the details of a publication correction concerning members of the Maine Public Utilities Commission, typed transcripts of Maine State Library correspondence billing Smith's book to be inscribed for the collection, and a typed plain postcard from Smith announcing his article "Lawyers as Regulatory Commissioners" published in the George Washington Law Review with some data and sources from Maine, and a penciled note of thanks from Stubbs.
