Description
20th Induction of the Maine Running Hall of Fame is the program for MRHOF’s 2018 biennial induction of individuals and recognition of races that have made significant contributions to distance running in the state. The 2018 individual inductees include Gary Allen of Great Cranberry Island, Tom Blake of South Portland, Peter Bottomley of Cape Elizabeth, Faye Gagnon of Auburn, Rock E. Green of Portland, Colin Peddie, Steve Reed, and Ed Rice. The Mid-Winter 10 Mile Classic in Cape Elizabeth and the Mount Desert Island Marathon & Half were presented with Race Recognition plaques. The 2018 class of inductees was the 20th in the 30-year history of the Hall.
