Letter from Sara L. Engelhardt, Secretary at Carnegie Corporation of America, New York, NY to Stephen A. Filler, City of Lewiston Associate Corporation Counsel. Date: March 28, 1979. Letter regards verification of specific terms and condition of the $60,000 grant to Lewiston for the foundation of a library which were standard practice of the time. (original)
