Description
Historical Photographs taken by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Group of photos identified as "Fish ". Photo identified as "Trapped for Study - These fish were taken in one of the counting traps installed in a pool of the fishway built by the Union Water Power Company at Upper Dam, at the foot of Mooselookmeguntic Lake. The large ones are salmon; other game species which show up here include brook trout. After being registered by Fish and Game Dept. Biologists, the fish are released in their original direction of travel.".
