Notice of insolvency issued in December 1885 by the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office against Oscar B. Keene and sent to Horace Richards of Fort Fairfield. Richards likely received the notice for being one of Keene's creditors. Signed by Deputy Sheriff Marcus S. Huson.
