Description
Land Office document authorizing George Pluard to settle on Lot 29 in Township G, Range 1 (West of the Easterly Line of the State), given November 15, 1867. The document gives the sum of $74.46 and the conditions to be met by Pluard so that he may be considered "an actual Settler." It is signed by land agent Isaac R. Clark.
With a note apparently dated June 4, 1867 [sic?], Pluard appears to release his claim to A. S. Richards of Van Buren.
