Description
Business agreement between an unsigned party and Joseph Nugent, who pledges to provide lumber according to certain specifications, while the first party will furnish molasses, tea, tobacco, flour, and pork "for 1862." The agreement may have been signed in 1861. Nugent's first name seems to appear as "Jos" but may be "Jas" as in James. Due to this item's documentary context, the unsigned party may be A. S. Richards.
