Description
The 124th Legislature enacted RESOLVE Chapter 161 LD 1222, Resolve, To Promote Geothermal Energy whereby the Governor's Office of Energy Independence and Security (OEIS) was required to examine policy options and develop recommendations to promote and provide incentives for the installation of residential geothermal heating and cooling systems, particularly in multifamily residences.
The OEIS submitted these findings and recommendations to the Joint Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities and Technology. The report purports to:
