Deep sea Samples -- King Neptune, assisted by pretty Carol Gillis of Thomaston, puts his seal of approval on a batch of fish portions right off the production line at Rockland's forty Fathoms Fisheries plant. These portions will join thousands more which will be served to hungry visitors at the 17th Annual Maine Seafoods Festival scheduled for Aug. 2-4 at Rockland.
