Description

Governor Washburn asks Colonel Harding what the regiment still needs for supplies, states that he understands he should not commission Captain Brady, and asks the Colonel to fill up the regiment and recover supplies given out to "men not likely to go."

"You must manage this matter in the best way you can. It will give you some trouble, I fear."
