Description
True Harmon requests a discharge for Lorenzo Dickey of Company A who lost his leg at Second Manassas. "He has been in all the battles of the Maine 4th and in the last Bull Run fight lost his leg and laid five days in an old barn & came very near dying...He wants to be discharged from service or furloughed in order to get a patent leg."
