Lucelia Densmore of Stoneham, Massachusetts, inquires about the welfare of E.R. Densmore whom she has not heard from since the Battle of Bull Run / Manassas.
*Densmore was a musician with the 2nd Regiment. He died of consumption in Portland, Maine in 1875.
