Description
Cumberland Greely Woods Easement documents a Conservation Easement between the Town of Cumberland and the Chebeague and Cumberland Land Trust, inc., for two parcels of land located in Cumberland. The purpose of the Easement is to preserve the unique and undeveloped character of the property, as well as to protect the high-quality habitat of the forest and associated ecosystems, while also providing a variety of opportunities for outdoor recreation, trail access, and scenic enjoyment for the general public.
