To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on repealing Section 423 (Shoreland Areas) of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance, and establishing a stand alone Shoreland Zoning Ordinance. 09 – 092. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Wharfing Out Permit for Holly Thibodeau, Sturdivant Island, Map I-08, Lot 3-B. 09 - 093. To award a contract to Gorrill-Palmer Consulting Engineers for engineering of the Route 88 drainage and shoulder improvement project. 09 – 094.
