Abstract
Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting May 14, 2007 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for May 14, 2007. Agenda items include: 07 – 049. To hold public hearing to consider and act on the FY ’08 Municipal Budget. 07 – 050. To hold public hearing to consider and act on the Tax Assessor’s recommendation for a FY ’09 implementation of his in-house, town-wide, revaluation. 07 – 051. To hold public hearing date to consider and act on an authorization to the Code Enforcement Officer to enter into a Consent Agreement with the owners of property identified as Map I05, Lot 8B, located on North Road, Chebeague Island. 07 – 052. To authorize the Town Manager to enter into an EWP Project Agreement with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and to accept surety from Rod and Jill Pooler, 218 Range Road, for repairs to their property caused by the May, 2006, storm event. 07 – 053. To approve the transfer of currency in the amount of $2,250 from the Office of the Cumberland County District Attorney to the Town of Cumberland Police Department. 07 – 054.
