To consider and act on a request from the Boy Scouts Pine Tree Council re: use of cook stoves and space heater during a scouting badge event on Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Twin Brook Recreation Area. 07 - 011. To act on a request from the Island Commons Resource Center to sponsor its pending CDBG grant proposal. 07 - 012.
