Abstract
Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting August 24, 1998 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for August 24, 1998, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of August 10, 1998. Agenda items include: 98 - 081. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on application for a Mass Gathering Permit by Cumberland Farmer’s Club for the annual Cumberland County Fair. 98 - 082. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Community Development Block Grant - Public Service Grant to provide equipment for Chebeague Care Resource. 98 - 083. To adopt billing policy for EMS service and set Rescue fees. 98 - 084. To set 1998 Tax Rate. 98 - 085.
