Abstract
Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting July 23, 2018 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for July 23, 2018, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of July 9, 2018. Agenda items include: 18 – 096 To hold a Public Hearing to set the FY2019 tax rate. 18 – 097 To hold a Public Hearing to set rates at which interest will be paid for delinquent taxes and to authorizing applying tax payments to the oldest unpaid taxes. 18 – 098 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on repealing and replacing Section 250 (Subdivision of Land) of the Cumberland Code to include new Conservation Subdivision language, as recommended by the Planning Board.
