Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting February 13, 2017 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for February 13, 2017, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of January 23, 2017. Agenda items include: 17 – 017 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Chapter 30 (Boards & Commissions), Article 3 (Town Lands and Conservation Commission) of the Cumberland Code, as recommended by the Ordinance Committee. 17 – 018 To authorize the Town Manager to award the bids for the Tuttle Road, Middle Road, and Route One reconstruction projects. 17 – 019 To authorize the Town Manger to execute a gift letter to Boundary Points Surveying for donated surveying services for the Central Fire Station project. 17 – 020 Discussion re: Brown Tail Moth Spraying Spring 2017. 17 – 021 Discussion re: Brush pick up. 17 – 022 To appoint a member to the Parks & Recreation Commission. 17 – 023 To set a Public Hearing date of February 27th to consider and act on a wharfing out permit for 30 Fern Lane, Map 70, Lot 1, as recommend by the Coastal Waters Commission.
