Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting January 14, 2013 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for January 14, 2013, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of December 17, 2012. Agenda items include: 13 - 001 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to the Official Overlay Zoning Map around the east side of Knight’s Pond (Map R06/Lot 29) from Resource Protection (RP) to Limited Residential (LR), as recommended by the Planning Board. 13 - 002 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to the Cumberland Traffic Ordinance to adopt a no parking area on Tuttle Road in front of the Mabel I. Wilson School. 13 - 003 To consider and act on referring amendments to the Aquifer Protection Ordinance to the Planning Board for a Public Hearing and recommendation. 13 - 004 To authorize the Town Manager to accept an anonymous donation of $20,000 to be used for food and fuel assistance.
