Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting May 22, 2017 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for May 22, 2017, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of May 8, 2017. Agenda items include: 17 – 079 To hear a report from the Public Services Department re: stormwater program. 17 – 080 To consider and act on amendments to Chapter 315 (Zoning) of the Cumberland Code, including, but not limited to Section 315-4 (Word usage and definitions) and Section 315-59.1 (Registered dispensaries), and a new Section 315-59.2 (Retail Marijuana) in order to prohibit retail marijuana establishments and retail marijuana social clubs within the Town of Cumberland. 17 – 081 To consider and act on moving the June 12th and 26th Town Council Meetings to June 5th and 19th due to the election. 17 – 082 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on adoption of the FY2018 Municipal Budget.
