Agenda items include: 02 - 009. To receive report of the Chebeague Groundwater Study from Sevee and Maher Engineers. 02 - 010. To hold a public information meeting re: Brown Tail Moth with Dick Bradbury from the Maine Forest Service. 02 - 011. Public Hearing - To consider and act on the proposed Cumberland Fairground Overlay District, Tax Assessor Map R07, Lots 8 and 8-1. 02 - 012. Public Hearing - To consider and act on proposed amendments to the Site Plan Ordinance and the Subdivision Ordinance that would change the application deadline from fourteen days prior to a Planning Board meeting to twenty-one days prior, and to change the required number of application packages from ten to fifteen. 02 - 013. To appoint members to the Revaluation Committee.
