Description
A typewritten transcription of the will of George Stevens of Blue Hill, Maine, namesake of George Stevens Academy. Also includes a codicil for the will and a brief history of the trusteeship under the will of George Stevens. The original will was signed in September 1851, with the codicil and history added later. The typewritten transcript would have been created much later.
