For nearly 40 years, publicity staff of the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad published Maine Line to communicate news and information to workers and friends of the company. Today, it serves as valuable record of the history of an important Maine institution that is no longer in operation.
This digital collection was created and made accessible online through the efforts of Rodney and Judith Bushway. The project was dedicated in memory of Rodney's father, Alfred "Ike" Joseph Bushway, who had 35 years of service with the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad as a sheet metal worker.
