This shows Andre's training pen. It is anchored in about 12 feet of water at low tide and at high tide the water is about 22 feet deep. This pen can be pulled into the wharf and Andre can be seen going through his paces by people standing on the wharf. The pen is 16' x 8'x 4' deep. and sticks up 4' above the water. On the left hand corner you can see the plastic cup from which he steals fish by pulling on a string which hangs down low enough so he can grab it in his mouth by jumping up for it.
(The pen extends down into the water for four feet).
